Timetable Change Requests - NEW Important Information

The online timetable change request form is now closed, and we are no longer accepting requests by email. Any new requests for timetable changes will need to be made in person, beginning on Picture/Registration Days. Grade 10's can add their name to the list in Student Services/Main Office, and then Ms. Maz or Mrs. Lang will meet with students in the order listed. Grade 11's and 12's will find their Grade Counsellor and Administrator in the Common Area to make timetable changes. Please note that requests for specific teachers cannot be accommodated.

To ensure a smooth process, timetable changes will be handled according to the following schedule:

Grade 10 students – Morning of September 2. Students may sign up in Student Services and will be called down to the office for a meeting.

Grade 12 students – Morning of September 3, meeting with counsellors/grade coordinator in the Common Area.

Grade 11 students – Afternoon of September 3, meeting with counsellors/grade coordinator in the Common Area.

If students are unable to make it these days, students can go to student services on their first day of school to add their name to the list for timetable changes.
