The goal of leadership is to develop your communication, organization, planning, and employment skills to your full potential while practicing each on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Each of you will be asked to put your skills into motion through developing and promoting school spirit and culture at MCHS.
In addition, you will be making valuable connections within the school and community that will enable you to demonstrate your leadership role.
