Report an Absence

Call 780-963-2255 and press 1 for the absence line.

Please include the following information in the phone call:

• Your student’s full name;
• When your student will be absent or late;
• The reason for the absence or late; and,
• When your student is expected to return to school.

Students planning extended absences (non-medical), must fill in an MCHS Non-Medical Absence Form that is to be completed at least a month prior to the absence. Students are responsible to maintain their academics while away.
