Academic Achievement Centre

When a timetable cannot be filled with a full course load, students may be assigned an Academic Achievement Centre (AAC) block, where they will complete a self-directed learning course via modules.

AAC time can also be used to:

  • Study for upcoming exams
  • Finish homework
  • Catch up on missed assignments
  • Complete self-directed courses

Note: Grade 10 students are expected to have a full timetable and cannot have spares, so they may be assigned a block of AAC to meet this expectation.
